1. Secure Shipping Policy

Since jewellery involves high-value precious finish metals and gemstones, we implement strict safety standards:

• 100% Insured Delivery: Every parcel is fully insured against theft, transit damage, or loss until it is handed over to you.
• Free Threshold: Free shipping is applied automatically to all purchases above ₹999. Orders below this threshold carry a flat delivery fee of ₹90.
• Secure OTP Handshake: To ensure safe receipt, our delivery courier partners require a secure mobile OTP (One Time Password) at delivery.

2. Estimated Delivery Timelines

Standard deliveries take 3 to 7 business days depending on location. For custom-sized products, please allow an additional 2-4 business days for custom crafting by our karigars.

3. No Return & Transit Damage Exchange Policy

Due to strict hygiene standards and the handmade nature of imitation jewellery, we do not accept general returns or issue cash refunds once an order is dispatched.

• Transit Damage Protection: If your parcel arrives physically damaged or broken in transit, we will immediately provide a free replacement or store credit.
• Unboxing Video Requirement: To claim a transit damage exchange, customers must provide an unedited package unboxing video within 48 hours of delivery.
• Store Credit / Exchange: Once verified by our quality care team, your replacement item or store credit code will be issued within 24-48 hours.
